Honest Grading, Every Pair
We stock brand new, factory leftover and carefully selected preloved shoes. Every pair is inspected by hand and given a condition grade before it goes on the site. That grade is on every product page, and it drives the price.
We would rather under promise than have you open a box disappointed.
Premium+
Brand new and never worn. Original box and all accessories included. These are deadstock or factory leftover pairs that never reached a retail floor. Indistinguishable from a shop purchase.
Premium
As new. Worn once or twice indoors or for a single occasion, with no visible wear to the upper or sole. Box included. Unless you inspect the sole closely, you would not know these had been worn.
Excellent
Lightly worn with plenty of life left. May show very minor creasing on the upper or light sole wear. No tears, no stains, no structural damage. The sweet spot for value.
Very Good
Visibly worn but structurally sound and comfortable. Expect creasing, some sole wear, and possibly a small scuff or mark. Everything still functions as it should. Priced to reflect the honest condition, and the best value on the site.
What Every Grade Guarantees
Whatever the grade, every pair we ship is:
- Cleaned and sanitised before dispatch
- Checked for structural integrity, with soles firmly attached and no split seams
- Photographed as it actually is, so you see the pair you are buying
- Covered by our 7 day exchange policy
Spot Something We Missed?
We are human, and inspection is not perfect. If a pair arrives in worse condition than its grade suggests, message us within 48 hours with photos. We will make it right, no argument.
